Phone Consults
Phone Consultations are available only to patients who have attended the practice in person in the previous 12 months.
The exception to this rule is for children under the age of 12 months, and people in isolation due to a COVID-related public health order (eg, recovering from COVID-19, or home isolation due to being a household or close contact)

To book a phone consultation, when you book online, simply select phoneconsultation as your “appointment type”.
All phone consultations incur gap fees and attract the same fee arrangement as standard appointments. You will be transferred back to the receptionist after your telephone appointment to pay for the consultation over the phone.
